Shipping policy

 

At this time, shipping is NOT available due to extreme heat/weather conditions. Once available, we will re-add shipping as an option.  

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are dependent on USPS current rates.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for orders within 15 miles of our home station, we charge $10 for local delivery. 

Deliveries are made from 12-3pm on Tuesdays-Wednesdays and 6pm on Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at charsbeautybarproducts@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
