Return Policy

We do not accept any returns on products due to sanitary reasons and due to the nature of our products. We highly recommend purchasing small samples sizes of any product that you are unfamiliar with prior to purchasing a larger size.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it correct. 

Refunds

Char's Beauty Bar does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.
